Seeking to understand the potential usability improvements of a newly designed application experience.
business problem. we don’t want to introduce a brand new application experience to our users with our some confidence that it will improve usability.
testing plan. we baseline tested our current mobile application experience using the Standard Usability Score (SUS), then tested our happy path prototype. We then released the new application experience and surveyed our users on the new experiences.
